Doyle "Rog" Rogers Jr.
Chairman, Chief Executive Officer
Doyle "Rog" Rogers Jr is a licensed real estate broker, following his father, Doyle Rogers Sr., into the commercial real estate business in 1972. He is a graduate of the Realtor's Institute (GRI) and served as past president of the Batesville Board of Realtors. He has also served on the Board of Directors and various committees of Citizens Bank and Metropolitan National Bank.
Membership and Affiliation
Rog also holds Commercial and Airline Transport Pilot Certificates from the Federal Aviation Administration. He believes in community involvement and has served on the board of the University of Arkansas for the Medical Sciences Foundation Fund.

He was appointed to the Arkansas Aeronautics Commission by then-Governor William J. Clinton. In 2007, Rog was honored by the University of Arkansas with the naming of the Doyle "Rog" Rogers Jr. School of Aviation Maintenance through its affiliate, The University of Arkansas Community College Batesville.
Barbara Rogers Hoover has been involved in all major decisions of the Doyle Rogers Company for many years. She is an alumnus of the University of Central Arkansas.

Alan Tegethoff
Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer of Doyle Rogers Company, Alan's responsibilities include overseeing the leasing, sales, and management of the company's diverse portfolio of properties located in numerous states. He also serves as Principal Broker for the firm's real estate brokerage services.
Professional Qualification
He received his Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation in 1985 from the Institute of Real Estate Management. Alan also has extensive experience in banking ranging from commercial and real estate lending to serving on the board of directors of 1st American National Bank and Arkansas Savings and Loan Association. Since 1972 Alan has been involved in financing, developing, constructing, leasing, selling and managing real estate.
Education
Alan received his Bachelor of Sciences in Business Administration from George Washington University and his MBA from the University of Central Arkansas. He also graduated from the School of Banking of the South at Louisiana State University.
Ryan Toole is an independent consultant serving as Senior Advisor to the Doyle Rogers Company. His firm, Alterra Real Estate Advisors, LLC, provides strategic planning, asset management, and transaction management services.
Over the past 40 years, Ryan has held senior positions in various major financial institutions, boutique investment firms, and consultancies.
Education & Affiliation
Ryan earned a Masters Degree in Real Estate Investment Analysis from The University of Wisconsin School of Business in Madison. He is an active member of the Counselors of Real Estate - CRE® and the CCIM Institute. He is a licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker.
He contributes his knowledge and time by serving on the boards of regional organizations such as Jefferson County Economic Development Corporation, Metro Denver Local Development Corporation, and the Littleton Urban Renewal Authority. He currently holds board positions with the Counselors of Real Estate Colorado Chapter and the Colorado/Wyoming Chapter of CCIM.

John Brower
John Brower serves as an independent Human Resources Consultant/Advisor to the Doyle Rogers Company. He has over 35 years of human resources management and training and development experience in the financial services industry. He has been certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources and was an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and the Central Arkansas Human Resources Association (CAHRA), and is a past-President of that association. He served on the board of directors for Camp Aldersgate and the Arkansas Workforce Investment Board. John has actively volunteered with the United Way of Central Arkansas, the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure, the Little Rock School District Volunteers in Public Schools program, and the ARKids Read initiative.
